Harry Rosenthal, a partner at Wiley Petersen, has extensive experience in civil litigation, having defended both small and large companies with everything from personal injury claims to large trucking claims involving multiple fatalities. Mr. Rosenthal focuses his practice on transportation and hospitality claims and has represented some of the largest trucking companies in North America on everything from cargo claims to rapid response fatality investigations. Within the hospitality realm, Mr. Rosenthal has defended numerous large casino properties on premises liability claims from slip and falls to wrongful death claims.

Mr. Rosenthal’s experience also includes commercial litigation – including real estate transactions, corporate disputes, collections and subrogation.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Rosenthal was a retail manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. He applies the experience he gained running all aspects of a retail operations to benefit his retail defendants involved in premises cases.
