Jonathan Blum is a strong and skilled advocate, with a diverse practice focusing on commercial/ business litigation. For 18 years Mr. Blum has represented a wide variety  of small, medium and large entities throughout Nevada, including family businesses, national corporations, individuals and government entities. From healthcare providers to restauranteurs, financial institutions to manufacturers and landlords, Jonathan solves problems. He also advises Boards of Directors of various entities, including public charter schools.
With an eye towards creative solutions to complex disputes, and litigation avoidance where possible, he always puts his clients and their interests first. His practice focuses on all phases of civil litigation including discovery, trial, appeal, and alternative dispute resolution.
Jonathan received the highest peer-reviewed rating, AV-Preeminent, for his legal capabilities and ethics, from the premier attorney rating organization, Martindale-Hubbell. Prior to beginning his legal career, Mr. Blum worked as an engineer in Southern California.
