Leslie Phiefer is Of Counsel at Wiley Petersen. Ms. Phiefer earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Montclair State University. After completing her undergraduate studies, Ms. Phiefer obtained her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. During law school, Ms. Phiefer wrote a student article that was published in the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and, in her third year, was elected and functioned as Editor-in-Chief of the Legislative Journal.
Ms. Phiefer is a seasoned litigator who practiced commercial litigation in New Jersey for over 20 years before relocating to Nevada in September 2023. Ms. Phiefer was admitted to the Nevada bar in October 2024 and is actively admitted to both the Nevada and New Jersey bars.
Leslie has experience in a wide variety of legal fields including insurance defense, mortgage and tax lien foreclosure, consumer collections, community association law, residential and commercial leasing, and consumer defense litigation. Leslie has also practiced state administrative and municipal regulatory law.
