Ryan Petersen is a founding partner of Wiley Petersen. Ryan previously worked with partner, Jason Wiley, Esq., at one of Nevada’s largest private law firm before opening Wiley Petersen to better serve their clients. Wiley Petersen’s goal is to offer the highest quality representation and to successfully accomplish the client’s objectives, efficiently and cost-effectively.

Ryan Petersen has a broad background in all aspects of civil litigation. He practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, product liability, and complex civil litigation. His practice focuses on all phases of civil litigation including discovery, trial, appeal, and alternative dispute resolution. Ryan has been successful in multiple trials, and arbitrations. He has participated in 100+ mediations and depositions. Ryan has worked with multiple insurance companies and third-party administrators handling a variety of cases from small arbitrations to multimillion-dollar catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims.

Ryan continues to achieve success on behalf of his clients and is known as a top achieving practitioner as well as a presenter on topics of legal interest. He has continually been recognized as a top personal injury and defense attorney in Nevada. Additionally, Ryan has experience in intellectual property, corporate formation, transactional work, and estate planning. Recently, he was one of a select few attorneys from three law firms across the country chosen to work with Thomson Reuters to develop its web-based e-discovery software solution, eDiscovery Point, as discussed in Legal Tech News. Ryan has represented many local and high-profile companies in various matters.

In 2004, Ryan graduated from the University of Utah. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Appalachian School of Law in 2007.
